9 Month Super Baby Stats...

We had K's 9-month check-up today and here is what we know about our growing baby :)
Length- 30 inches
Weight- 21 pounds, 9 ounces
98th percentile in length and 87th percentile in weight (such a high achiever :)
The doc also told us to put K on whole milk-- SUPER SAVINGS of $$$ for us!!!! I'm so excited! He said her motor skill are that of a 13 month old and her size is that of an 18 month old! :) Her little brother better be ready! :)

I think I can, I think I can...

Everyone keeps telling me not to rush K to crawl- but I have to say that I'm SO excited for her to get crawling! I'm also banking on her being able to walk by the time baby 2 gets here in May!

With the right motivation, K will scoot crawl with one leg tucked under. Is she going for her favorite book or for Abbey's ring???

Yep- heading for the ring for sure!

Oh- diversion by Mom steers her to the book! Better, cleaner choice!

Is it only December 14th??? We're practicing!

We just CAN’T wait until Christmas. Seriously, having a child at Christmas time combined with being a child in an adult body makes for crazy excitement! We decided to go ahead and have our little family Christmas today!!! K needs practice for opening all those gifts from the grandparents! I think she was 98% interested in the fun wrapping paper (tearing it, eating it, fighting Abbey dog for it), 1% interested in the cool stuff inside, and 1% “Why am I dressed like this? What’s going on? Where’s my milk???” MOMMY had SO MUCH FUN!!!!

OH MY GOSH!! A Bumbo on a table is dangerous??? WAHAHHAHAAAAAA!!! Grandparents are squirming right now!!! (**promise we always watch her- but SERIOUSLY the best high chair EVER!!)
